LATVIA - RIGA
Latvia or officially the Republic of Latvia got its indipendent in 1918. But because ot the tumults times from 1918 to the end of Soviet Union Latvia restored its de facto indipendence in 1981.
Riga is the capital of Latvia. The Old Town of Riga is one of many World Heritage Cities in Europe. Rifga wasfounded in 1201 and is a former Hanseatic member city.
