Guilin is by Chinese standard a medium sized city and one of the best known tourist destinations in China. From this city, ciuated on the west bank of Li River, you may travel to different scenic places in Guangxi. By boat you can take a 4 h. tour on the Li river up to Yangshou. This will be a tour to remember for fantastic sceneries and excellent food on board.
Guangxi and Guilin are home to 12 different ethnic minorities.
